Welcome to the EODSA ID Card website.
We have fixed the technical issues with our New User process. You should now receive an e-mail when you sign up as a New User.
If you previously tried to sign up as a New User but didn't get sent a password, type in your e-mail address and click forgot password. Follow this process to have a new password sent to you.
ID Cards will only be produced if the player has been registered with a Club. Please verify with your Club that they have registered the player in the system.
Please note that it will take at least 48 hours to review and print your card.
Once you have uploaded your picture, you will be able to choose whether you want your card mailed to you or if you will pick it up at the office. When the card is printed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. At this time the card will either be put in the mail (you will receive the card within 7 days of the confirmation e-mail) or you can come to the office during our open hours to get it, depending on what you previously specified.
If you require your card within 7 days or less, you will have to come to the EODSA office to have your picture taken and the card produced.
Clubs or Team Managers can also create a login and can create multiple cards on the same account. These cards will all be mailed to the same address.
